My wife and I couldn't have been more happy with the decision of going with Bruce Construction Design for our mid to large renovation
and extension in 2014. After speaking with several other builders , some with well respected names and reputations, our mind was made up in the first ten minutes of meeting with Tim. Well presented, knowledgeable and very understanding of what we were wanting to achieve and offering up a multitude of options, design ideas and costings to suit. The quote we were given on meeting with

Tim was competitive with other builders we had been in contact with, whilst this was not the ultimate deciding factor in
going with Bruce Design Construction, Tim's honesty and flexibility was what appealed
to us straight away.

Tim's knowledge of design and ideas, along with his architect Matt, created more than what we had ever dreamed, in a reasonably short time frame and with the lead up to Christmas (silly season) and not to mention a new baby on the way, many people told us we were crazy and that it was unrealistic. Tim well and truly met the deadline and exceeded all expectations.  

Bruce Construction Design trades and employees were second to none from the electricians to the plasterers,
all were friendly and accommodating.

As we have one young daughter and my wife was only months away from giving birth it was one thing we had concerns, about knowing how some building sights can get. But again that anxiety was short lived as even three months on my daughter still misses the boys and my wife being pregnant and stressed (or hormonal!) at times, felt at ease with any concerns (which took the heat off me, thanks Tim!) . 

All I can say is that I couldn't recommend Bruce Design and Construction and the team he brings highly enough. Professional, presentable, knowledgeable , flexible,
honest and most importantly
a result to the highest level.

I believe in Tim and have told him that if needed anyone who is thinking of going with him is welcome to contact myself for reassurance and is free to come through our newly finished home to give them an idea of what he can achieve and create on any scale.

As a Director of "Wellwicked Pty Ltd", I was looking to make significant improvements to an industrial property that we owned in the commercial precinct of Bibra Lake. The additions were architecturally drawn up and the next hurdle was to find an appropriate and economically proficient builder to complete the works. By way of a recommendation, I was introduced to Tim Bruce of Bruce Design Construction Pty Ltd.

May I say that this introduction has fortuitously been a godsend. From the time I met Tim he not only demonstrated a capacity to take control of the project but he embraced it as though it was his own. Daisies of Cottesloe

We engaged Tim Bruce of Bruce Construction Design Pty Ltd to complete the renovation of our business Daisies - Cottesloe. From our initial conversation with Tim he showed his professionalism and great customer service skills. Tim and his team displayed great attention to detail even on the smallest things and came up with solutions when needed.

The success of the project was to come on budget and time, which Tim and his team managed, as this was vital for our business to get up and running again.Tim made sure throughout the project that we where always informed what was happening from start to finish.
